Detoxification
To Detoxify the Liver
(from HR vision book pg 188)
The Wood Element in Chinese acupuncture relates to the eyes.
To do the Liver Flush:
Step #1
Make a tea to drink immediately after step #2:
2 cups water, brought to a boil
1 tsp each fennel, fenugreek and flaxseed, reduce heat and simmer
10 min.
Cool
Step #2
Place in a blender the following:
2-4 tbsp. cold pressed olive oil
Garlic cloves
Some grated ginger
Dash of cayenne
Juice 1/2 lemon and 1/2 peeled grapefruit
Blend and drink
Drink the tea immediately
This can be repeated 2 or 3 days in a row. I prefer to do this in
the evening and give it to everyone in the family so that I don’t
offend anyone with the garlic aroma.

Tooth Paste Powder
Most commercial brand toothpastes contain toxic ingredients like
sodium laurel sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate, so we make our
own. Here's the recipe:
4 Tbsp Sea Salt
1 tsp baking soda (kills odor)
1 tsp powdered Stevia (anti-bacterial)
Combine and put into a small shaker type container. Sprinkle a small
amount on to your dampened tooth brush and brush your teeth.
Remedies
Krellner Family Remedy for Colds
Handed down in the Krellner family from generation to generation
— this really works! Bring to a boil chopped onions, garlic
and grapefruit rind. Simmer about 1 hour. When soft, press through
a sieve. Add honey or agave nectar. You can add a little cayenne.
